We are a day camp/clinic to prepare for your preseason. Grades 7-12.
Our clinic includes:
- Turf and grass instruction
- Conditioning
- Injury prevention
- Fundamentals
(stick work, dribble, dodges, tackles)
- Team offense / defense and corners / strokes
- Small games (7 v 7) and full games
- Indoor hockey, Jugs ball machine
use
- Speciailized goal keeping instruction and coaching
